Dr. John Baker
Dr. John Baker is a board-eligible orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, total joint replacement, as well as shoulder and knee injuries.
Dr. Baker received his early medical education in the US Navy before earning a bachelor of science from the University of Nevada–Las Vegas. He earned his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine, graduating in the top ten of his class, and conducted postgraduate work at Virginia Commonwealth University. After returning to the US Navy, Dr. Baker served as a commander until his departure with honorable discharge into private practice in 2006. He is currently a member of the American Orthopedic Association.
Dr. Baker is one of the only providers in the area using Patient Specific Instruments (PSI) for knee joint replacement. PSI combines advancements in instrument technology with proven orthopedic alignment principles to help ensure a patient’s successful recovery. These proven, custom-positioned implants are such a success that patients are more comfortable and feel more like themselves in less time.
Dr. Baker has received multiple awards for outstanding care, professionalism, and honor. He is affiliated with several local hospitals and surgery centers.
Gary Jett, MD
With over 30 years of practice, Dr Gary Jett has gained a reputation as a musculoskeletal pain specialist in the treatment of many disorders including neck pain, back pain, myofascial pain syndrome, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Dr Jett has a gentle chairside manner and down to earth personality to ease any patient’s anxiety. He engages his patients, explaining treatments in detail, and is happy to answer any questions his patients have.
Dr Jett enjoys meditation, yoga, sailing, physical fitness and walking his dogs Miko, Ming and Blu. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
He chose Rehabilitation Medicine because he likes the patient contact and the ability to help his patients improve and feel better without surgical intervention.
He is trained in interventional pain medicine and performs epidural injections.
His rehabilitation specialties include diagnostic ultrasound and guided injections, sports medicine, and electrodiagnostsic testing.
Christina Siciliano, P.T.A. – Director of Physical Therapy
Christina Siciliano, P.T.A. Director of Physical Therapy is a graduate of Brown College where she obtained her Associates of Science degree in Health Science. She furthered her education at Lynn University College where she received her degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Christina has specialized in orthopedics and sports related injuries for the past 15 years.
Her clinic experience has been with many high schools, collegiate and professional athletes, including baseball and football players, gymnasts and cheerleaders. She has extensive training in musculoskeletal biomechanics and continuing education courses in manual therapy, pilates, joint and spinal mobilizations.
Orlando Walters, D.P.T. – Senior Physical Therapist
Orlando Walters, D.P.T. is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Doctorate program for Physical Therapy. Specializing in assessment and evaluation of biomechanical dysfunction. Coupled with sports specific orthopedic evidence based practice towards treatment and goals. Orlando Walters D.P.T. was a Keiser University Instructor educating in anatomy physiology and structural kinesiology and biomechanical movement analysis.
